Account Deletion

ShortMe account and data deletion To request deletion of your ShortMe account and associated data, email support@shortme.xyz from the email address on your account with the subject Account deletion request, or sign in and contact support from your account. We will verify the request, delete your account, links, QR codes, campaigns, API keys, analytics identifiers and app data, and confirm when complete. Records that we must keep for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security or dispute purposes, including billing/payment records and limited security logs, may be retained only for the required period. Backups and logs are purged on the normal retention cycle, up to 90 days.
